{"id":6271,"date":"2026-03-03T10:25:26","date_gmt":"2026-03-03T09:25:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/preprod.nlw.fr\/?page_id=6271"},"modified":"2026-07-31T09:59:48","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T07:59:48","slug":"fees","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/preprod.nlw.fr\/en\/fees-2\/fees\/","title":{"rendered":"Pricing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By the Order of 26 February 2016, a new fee schedule was established setting the regulated fees for notaries pursuant to law n\u00b0 2015-990 of 6 August 2015 on growth, economic activity, and equal economic opportunities, and Decree n\u00b0 2016-230 of 26 February 2016 concerning the fees of certain legal professionals and the interprofessional fund for access to law and justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This fee schedule applies to the main services provided by notaries (real estate sales, mortgages, gifts, prenuptial agreements, property division, heir identification affidavits, inheritance tax declarations, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the posting requirements set forth in the new regulations, an excerpt from the order establishing the new rate is available <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.nlw.fr\/documents\/arrete-26022016.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact us so that we may inform you about the cost of the proposed service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fees agreed upon by mutual agreement for certain services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain services provided by the notary are not included in the list of fee-based services (such as commercial leases, corporate documents, documents related to business assets or legal consultations).
