including the waiver of pre-emption rights (by the local authorities, existing leaseholders or the agricultural authority SAFER);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee the structuring, monitoring and finalisation of the housing project, including the safeguarding the necessary administrative documents (acte de d\u00e9p\u00f4t), and their full review, the preparation of a sales matrix and the drafting of the statutes for the homeowners\u2019 association (ASL);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee the <strong>processing and signing of sales deeds<\/strong> regarding building plots intended for individual or
